The Superintendent’s main focus is managing the schedule, quality and safety in order to keep the project moving forward quickly and efficiently.   Founded in 1991 and headquartered in Detroit, Sachse Construction has built millions of square feet of commercial, retail, multifamily, and institutional space throughout the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
