Your Tasks
- Ensure coverage of planned production volumes with installed capacity for the respective Production Unit
- Ensure optimized equipment utilization
- Support MaB Process for Series production and future production portfolio
- Capacity, floorspace & investment planning and forecast
- Capex & Budget Management
- Conduct machine purchasing process
- Support standardization of production processes
- Drive Continuous Improvement Process (CIP)
- Support DFMA Analysis
- Conduct FMEA planning within process engineering
- Detailed planning of work content
- Support Footprint Analysis and Customer Quotation Projects
- Training & Qualification Planning for new production lines (Training of supervisors)
- Perform new launches
Your Profile
- Academic degree in technical field or equivalent
- 2+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment
- Good understanding of relevant products & manufacturing processes
- Advanced skill set to analyze and solve problems, to present topics, run projects and build teams
- Very good oral and written communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Coaching skills
- Working knowledge of the GDPEP process
- Project Management skills
