Job Description

Job Title:c/Telephony Analyst
Duration: 4+ Months
Location: Painted post, NY

  • · Operations team member involved in the design and deployment of Cisco Call Manager solutions and IPT Deployments
  • · Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex voice (Avaya or IPT) and data network issues
  • · Provide consistent and frequent project status updates and project issues.

Skills/Experience:

  • · 2+ years designing, deploying, installing and configuring complex Cisco IPT solutions with Cisco Unified Call Manager clusters, Cisco Unity Voice Mail
  • · 5+ years troubleshooting and resolving complex Avaya Definity G3R issues
  • · Strong experience configuring and troubleshooting Voice Gateways/Gatekeepers
  • · Excellent documentation, presentation, and problem solving skills .
