GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: The Store Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the store that include managing staff, finding new ways to improve sales, and meeting customers’ demands; Ability to use experience and good judgment to make appropriate decisions; Aptitude for organizing tasks, managing time, and prioritizing projects; Outstanding judgment, initiative, and drive. Job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable. Must have attention to detail and be thorough in completing work tasks. Perform other related work as required.
