Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure internal coordination serving as a project manager to remove blockers and ensure timely delivery of GTM projects and initiatives
- Work with GTM team to produce assets needed to drive engagement and demand
- Write, edit, and publish online website content
- Manage pipeline of deliverables and ensure on time delivery - holding all participating parties accountable
- Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business units, stakeholders
- Represent leadership, professionalism, and integrity; address large and small tasks with a hands-on, can-do attitude, and enhance mission and culture
- Plan the brand’s appearance in trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements
- Enable sales, customer success and partners by developing relevant content and internal documents to help market-facing personnel
- Create and execute a content strategy that supports all stages of the buying journey through the channels and formats most wanted by prospects by working closely with the GTM team
- Developing clear and crisp positioning to guide messaging and go-to-market content strategies
- Repurpose and genericize materials put together for specific prospects to leverage with similar prospects and layer into marketing materials to promote new leads engagement / interest
- Create, implement, and refine content to drive awareness and engagement
- Support demand generation activities for B2B sales
- Deep understanding of various marketing tools and constant curiosity to keep up with the latest marketing trends
- Assist with website redevelopment - working closely with Product Marketing and Brand to ensure the continued evolution and optimization of our website with use case and vertical segmentation
- Select and manage external agencies — creative & communications— to complement existing skills and meet specific goals and deliver projects on time
Requirements:
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- Previous growth stage startup
- Skilled in copywriting, SEO, graphic design, email marketing, social media, and digital marketing
- Experienced storyteller - ability to create compelling narratives
- Experience developing action plans that hit customer acquisition targets
- High level of comfort working in a startup environment:, ambiguous, and an attitude to solving tough problems
- Strong decision making skills
- Experience managing cross functional projects and managing collaboration
- Comfortable managing ever changing priorities
- Complex problem solving skills
- Bonus points if you have familiarity with the CX market
