  • Manage inbound customer service calls and inquiries

  • Return calls and follow up with clients in a timely, professional manner

  • Respond to coverage requests while prioritizing clients’ needs and best interests

  • Design personalized coverage options using a structured needs analysis system

  • Stay informed on new products, services, and company updates through ongoing training and leadership support
