
Maintenance Guest Experience Technician (Full & Part Time)
Job Description
The Maintenance Guest Experience Technician provides critical support in maintaining and repairing the Resort’s condominiums and common areas. This role involves handling both routine and emergency maintenance requests, ensuring the safety and comfort of guests and homeowners by delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate is adept in problem solving, has basic plumbing experience and general mechanical aptitude , detail-oriented, willingness to learn, friendly, and possesses strong communication skills.
Must be detail-oriented with strong communication skills, be mechanically-inclined, and a willingness to learn. Must have reliable transportation, basic hand tools, and a valid driver's license to apply. Weekend and/or evening shifts may be required.
