Job Description
- Waits on customers. Serves drinks, water, coffee, tea, cocktails, and wine to customers at appropriate times. Refills beverages as needed. - Picks up dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware during and after meals; places trays and delivers to assigned dish washing area in kitchen. - Picks up all clean dishes, glassware, and silverware from area and distributes to each service location. Makes sure there is always sufficient ware available. - Maintains cleanliness of assigned station: busses tables, wipes tables and chairs, picks up trash, etc. - Greets guests arriving at assigned station and takes orders promptly.
