Carelinks ABA is seeking enthusiastic, compassionate individuals to join our growing team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We specialize in providing in-home ABA therapy that is grounded in naturalistic, child-led approaches. Whether you’re just starting your career or already certified, you’ll be part of a supportive team that prioritizes hands-on training, individualized support, and professional growth.

Great for Students & Emerging Professionals  This role is an excellent fit for students or recent graduates in education, psychology, social work, therapy-related fields, or ABA programs who want meaningful, hands-on experience working with children with autism. We provide comprehensive training, flexible scheduling, and real-world practice that strengthens your skills and supports your long-term career goals.

A Strong Opportunity for Those Working in Other Clinics   If you currently work in another clinic and are looking to expand your experience, explore a more naturalistic ABA model, or pick up additional hours in a supportive environment, Carelinks offers a collaborative, growth-oriented setting where your expertise is valued.
