I&C Technician (14x14 Offshore) @ TIGA

Our objective is to be the trusted, first-choice service provider for delivering best-in-class operational technology to control, automate, operate, analyze and optimize assets.Primary Responsibilities:Respond and provide Instrumentation and Controls support during outages.Support the daily operations of the business unit through the installation, programming, start-up and maintenance of automation and process control equipment.Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Information Technology Groups.Responsible for adhering to all health and safety policies and guidelines.
Required Skills:Directly interface with clients and company management to report project status, risks and resolutions.Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose various instrumentation and control problems.Candidate should be familiar with Offshore Oil & Gas Processing Facilities.Strong understanding of instrumentation required.Strong understanding of Control System Design and Project Execution.Requirements:Two-year technical degree in instrumentation from technical institute or 5-year relevant work experience.Must possess strong interpersonal and excellent communication (written and oral) skills.Strong analytical, problem solving, technical, and functional skills with the ability to multi-task and be willing to learn.Must be able to work collaboratively and cooperatively, take direction, work well in a team environment, and interact with all levels of management, engineering, systems, operations and field personnel.
