Fulfillment Operations Technician

• Perform all warehouse tasks in compliance with standard work procedures and company policies

• Manage inbound and outbound product flow for assigned customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and 

• timeliness

• Efficiently select, package, and dispatch parts in accordance with customer order specifications

• Conduct routine cycle counts to support inventory accuracy and maintain optimal stock levels

• Assist customers with order pickup and provide delivery support to customer locations

• Conduct basic to advanced modifications to customer products per specified requirements

• Oversee outbound shipment processes and ensure proper documentation and handling

• Respond to incoming telephone inquiries and perform administrative duties as needed

• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure working environment by following all safety protocols and company 

• standards

• Train team members on warehouse tasks using visual aids and standard procedures

• Identify process deviations and report them to supervisors for immediate resolution.

• Report damage to company equipment or infrastructure to ensure timely repairs and minimize safety 

• risks.

• Contribute to process improvement efforts to enhance warehouse efficiency and service quality 

• operations.

• Maintain regular and reliable on-site attendance, and work assigned shifts and schedules, including overtime as required.

• Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams

• Protect CPSG’s reputation by keeping information confidential

• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional 

• publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies

• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

• Forklift Certification

•  3+ years experience in a high volume warehouse environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality. 

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

• Experience handling specific customer accounts and coordinating logistics.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Basic computer proficiency

• Ability to read and write in English

• Valid driver's license

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% as required by business needs

• Preferred Qualifications

• Yellow Belt Certification

• Prior welding/torch experience

• Familiar with warehouse management systems

• Proficiency in Spanish
