  • Drive the end-to-end headcount planning, organizational design, and operational tracking for GCS APAC, strategically aligning resource allocation with regional growth priorities and business demands.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships across Sales Leadership, GTM, and Global teams to navigate complex trade-offs, align various leadership perspectives, and influence cross-functional partners toward unified business goals.
  • Identify high-impact strategic opportunities via analytical deep-dives and robust business cases; define actionable roadmaps and orchestrate end-to-end implementation across regional teams and markets.
  • Lead high-stakes interventions to resolve operational roadblocks, recalibrating strategies in real-time based on shifting market conditions to ensure successful project delivery.
