JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Definition
Manage value creation initiatives across portfolio companies. This role supports value creation strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and performance improvement of investments.
Responsibilities
- Leverage market insights, financial and operational data to identify and prioritise value creation opportunities across portfolio companies.
- Oversee the planning and execution of value creation initiatives at portfolio companies, ensuring alignment with the firm's investment thesis and delivery of investment outcomes.
- Manage post deal integration and transition of newly acquired portfolio companies, including Day 1 readiness, execution of the 100 day plan, governance setup, etc).
- Collaborate with investment team on due diligence of target investments, providing assessment of their value creation potential.
- Review, guide and maintain the development of financial models, enabling value creation planning, forecasting, and identify ways to optimise capital structure.
- Guide and mentor team members to support their professional development and enhance team performance.
- Performance monitoring and reporting through tracking business, financial and operational performance metrics established and providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on the progress of value creation initiatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or business management or related field disciplines, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience; background in management consulting, business operations and strategy, and post deal integration will be an added advantage.
