Role Overview

We're seeking a senior Site Reliability Engineer with AI-native development expertise to lead reliability initiatives across our multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, SAP Cloud). At T3, you'll own system reliability outcomes, drive architectural decisions that balance performance, cost, and resilience, and mentor junior engineers in next-generation AI-assisted SRE practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and operate highly reliable, scalable systems across AWS, GCP, and SAP Cloud Infrastructure
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and implement prevention strategies for critical issues
• Architect and deploy AI agents, design infrastructure automation and operational workflows leveraging AI-assisted development tools
• Manage capacity planning, system optimization, and datacenter migrations with predictive AI insights
• Mentor T1/T2 engineers and establish AI-native SRE best practices across the team
• Collaborate with product engineering teams to embed reliability and AI-driven observability into product design from inception

Required Qualifications

Core SRE & Cloud Infrastructure

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Cloud DevOps/SRE Engineer with demonstrated T3-level impact
• Advanced proficiency: Linux OS, Python, Ansible, APIs, and infrastructure automation
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS and GCP cloud operations
• Strong expertise in networking, DNS, LDAP, and firewall security concepts
• Proven track record leading complex incident investigations and system troubleshooting
• Experience with SAP Cloud Infrastructure or converged infrastructure environments
• Datacenter migration and system architecture experience

AI Development & Operations

• Demonstrated ability to design and deploy AI agents for anomaly detection, and automated remediation
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT) as core engineering practice—not occasional usage
• Proven skill in validating, testing, and improving AI-generated infrastructure code without blindly relying on outputs
• Experience leveraging AI to accelerate code generation, automate documentation, and optimize CI/CD pipelines
• Demonstrated strong understanding of AI production challenges, including system reliability, and governance frameworks in cloud operations

Professional Competencies

• Excellent communication skills with ability to mentor and influence engineering decisions
• Ability to make sound technical trade-offs around quality, reliability, latency, cost, and maintainability
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Security expertise including OS patching, vulnerability management, and compliance automation
• Relevant cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, or SAP)
• Background in high availability design and performance optimization
• Experience integrating LLM-based capabilities into observability and monitoring platforms
• Track record of introducing AI-native engineering practices that improve team productivity and software quality
