Patient Care Tech

JOB TITLE: Patient Care Technician   GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Under supervision, performs routine non-professional and professional care; assisting patients in basic tasks such as using the restroom, getting dressed, discharging via wheelchair; keeping area cleaned & stocked; assisting nurses with basic nursing care.   REQUIREMENTS:

Graduate of a Patient care tech  program preferred and at least six months prior related experience in assisting with care of patients. Current American Heart Assn. BLS certificate Required.
