External Job Description

Collaborate with design, R&D, and production teams for product development
Participate in design reviews and feasibility
Develop prototypes and coordinate sample approvals
Ensure smooth transition from prototype to mass production
Work on BOM (Bill of Materials) finalization
Support project timelines and ensure on-time product launches
Troubleshoot issues during development and production stages
Identify and evaluate new suppliers based on capability, quality, cost, and delivery Performance.
Conduct supplier audits and assessments
Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost) and implement improvements
Ensure suppliers comply with quality and regulatory standards
Coordinate with vendors for tooling, molds, and initial production runs
