Position Summary
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our acute inpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based physical therapy services for patients with a wide range of diagnoses. Responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment implementation, patient and family education, and timely, accurate clinical documentation.
The ideal candidate is a flexible, patient-centered professional who demonstrates strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and thrive in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy program required.
- Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification required.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant clinical rotations and fieldwork experience will be considered.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills preferred.

Pay Range:
$35.53 - $61.67This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
