Job Description

Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Warsaw office:

HR Payroll and Operations Analyst with Dutch

A person in this role will be a part of HR Services team and will be part of the Belgium & The Netherlands Team and supporting Netherlands markets.

We will count on you to:

  • Maintain and update internal database and HR systems (absence management system, employee data integration, uploading employee’s documentation)

  • Payroll HR Knowledge

  • Cooperate with Dutch and French-speaking clients

  • Prepare and quality check of HR and payroll documents to the client or third parties

  • Answer general inquiries and specific HR questions

  • Support Workday users

What you need to have: 

  • Very good Dutch and English

  • French would be nice to have

  • Detailed oriented

  • Good command of MS Office

  • Strong analytical and very good organizational skills, close attention to detail

  • "Client-focus" and proactive approach

What makes you stand out:

  • Practical knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow

  • Previous experience in HR Operations
