Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Warsaw office:
HR Payroll and Operations Analyst with Dutch

A person in this role will be a part of HR Services team and will be part of the Belgium & The Netherlands Team and supporting Netherlands markets.

We will count on you to:
Maintain and update internal database and HR systems (absence management system, employee data integration, uploading employee’s documentation)
Payroll HR Knowledge
Cooperate with Dutch and French-speaking clients
Prepare and quality check of HR and payroll documents to the client or third parties
Answer general inquiries and specific HR questions
Support Workday users
What you need to have:
Very good Dutch and English
French would be nice to have
Detailed oriented
Good command of MS Office
Strong analytical and very good organizational skills, close attention to detail
"Client-focus" and proactive approach
What makes you stand out:
Practical knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow
Previous experience in HR Operations
