Senior R&D Project Manager

The role oversees full project lifecycle execution by managing scope, schedules, resources, costs, and risks while driving technical trade‑offs, clear communication, and strong alignment across global cross‑functional teams. It involves leading meetings, collaborating closely with R&D and product planning, and ensuring effective lifecycle processes such as ECO/MCO actions, prototype builds, MVR, continuous improvement, cost‑reduction efforts, and EOL strategy. Success in this role requires a science or engineering degree, over 8 years of relevant experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrix environment. Preferred qualifications include PMP certification, familiarity with Agile PLM, MS Project, Azure DevOps, and knowledge of hardware technologies like PXI, PCIe, and modular instrument architectures. A positive attitude, strong teamwork, and effective problem‑solving capabilities are essential for this role.
