Intake Coordinator - Part-time - 16 hours/week

Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to support patients as they begin treatment. This onsite role processes admissions, verifies insurance benefits, collects financial and demographic information, maintains patient records, and ensures admission requirements are completed accurately. The Intake Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for patients and families, providing exceptional customer service while collaborating with clinical and operational teams. Qualified candidates must possess an Associate degree or higher and/or experience in a substance use disorder, mental health, or behavioral health treatment setting.
