Job Description
What you’ll do
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

The ability to prioritize and assign work within commitment dates and times.

Be able to quickly analyze a situation and develop a solution while working within the team to meet goals.

Apply critical thinking skills to understand problems, analyze facts and anticipate results to make decisions based on available information.

The ability to work within Excel and Google based Docs, create scheduling calendars and ticket tracking solutions.

Answers customer calls to ensure satisfactory performance of service.

Provides administrative support to Centers in our Arkansas Region.

Responsible for the overall completeness and accuracy of all employment data entries
-
Processes any onboarding paperwork for new hires and completes I9 verification.
-
Composes and files routine correspondence.

Assists with ordering office supplies.
-
Assists with general office duties, as assigned.
