Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Follow work instructions & checklist as defined for the to ensure validity & integrity of Product Intelligence activities.
• Respond to customer queries on product information & documentation.
• Coordinate with internal Regional Regulatory experts for complex queries.
• Collaborate with internal team or directly with suppliers to procure missing
information/documents.
• Ensure quality of information in the relevant system is maintained and strive to achieve zero non-conformity.
• Ensure activity records are maintained as per defined formats.
