What You Will Do
In this role, you will support Construction Managers and Project Managers with coordination, documentation, and equipment ordering for Install base projects. This includes day-to-day administrative and project support for fire alarm, suppression, and sprinkler operations.

How You Will Do It
- Validate project details at kickoff to ensure accuracy in the system
- Coordinate and follow up with Sales regarding project bookings, releases from COE or credit holds
- Set up prevailing wage, CCIP/OCIP projects
- Submit monthly CCIP/OCIP reporting
- Ship and track material-only sale projects
- Create and receive purchase orders for subcontractors and material vendors
- Release material shipments per PM request
- Process and track RMAs
- Assist PMs with special billing forms and invoice credits
- Support the Billing team with invoicing questions
- Serve as Dispute Champion for the Install department by resolving or escalating AR disputes
- Coordinate delivery of close‑out documentation
- Attend weekly Work in Progress (WIP) meetings
- Manage Accounts Payable disputes, issues, and PO-on-hold reviews
- Perform other duties as assigned to support project and department operations
What We Look For
Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong ability to prioritize and multitask with strict adherence to deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self‑motivated
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and accountability
- Customer service experience
Preferred
- Associate’s degree
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in a high-volume, customer‑service-oriented environment
- Electrical or construction industry experience
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $20- $28 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
