Join Lam as an Administrative Assistant, offering crucial support to executives and managers by handling complex administrative duties and details. You'll excel in collaborating across departments, at all levels, conducting research and data analysis, and preparing reports. Your work is critical and contributes to Lam's efficiency and operational success.
This position requires the ability to work in both Icheon and Yongin.(Initially based in Icheon, with a planned relocation to Yonin.)
What you’ll do
- Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
- Receive and direct visitors
- Maintain supplies, machines, facilities
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Wafer in/out status management
- Handle PPE
- Announce, support congratulations and condolences
- Retrieve documents from filing system
- Handle requests for information and data
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
- Prepare written responses to routine enquiries
- prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails and support the business review preparation upon the request
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for team members, managers or supervisors
- Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
Who we’re looking for
- Minimum of 4 - 6 years of related experience.
Preferred qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
- Proficient skill using MS office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly organized and ability to work independently
- Must have strong organizational skills and be able to manage multiple and changing priorities

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
