The Manager, SAP Business Solutions & Data is responsible for leading the execution, optimization, and ongoing support of the SAP S/4HANA platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and governance frameworks. This role translates Digital Business Transformation (DBT) priorities into actionable delivery plans, driving system stability, process standardization, and continuous improvement across Sales & Distribution, Procurement, Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Finance. The Manager partners closely with business stakeholders to enhance SAP performance, enable data-driven decision-making, and deliver measurable operational improvements, while leading a high-performing SAP team focused on execution excellence and business value realization.
