We don’t use a traditional agency model with concrete roles for account, strategy and creative. Responsibilities Research, test, and implement generative AI tools and workflows for video, image, and motion production Prototype and document AI‑enabled production pipelines to support internal teams and client work Collaborate with editors, creatives, and producers to integrate new tools into active projects Organize and standardize workflows to improve efficiency and creative flexibility Create internal training materials and knowledge‑sharing resources Support R&D initiatives focused on emerging platforms, real‑time systems, and creative technology Tactical Skills Hands‑on experience with generative AI platforms, node‑based workflows, and creative tooling ecosystems Working knowledge of 3D, animation, and motion pipelines (modeling, rigging, animation, texturing, simulation) Ability to prototype lightweight tools, demos, or UIs to visualize workflows Comfort working across video, interactive, and experimental media Clear technical communication for non‑technical creative partners How to Thrive Stay curious and proactive about rapidly evolving AI and creative tech landscapes Balance experimentation with production realities and deadlines Translate abstract ideas into practical, repeatable workflows Collaborate generously across disciplines and seniority levels Embrace iteration, testing, and learning as core parts of the job Raise your hand. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
