Job Description

Job Description Summary:

Role Overview

The Director, Finance – Digital & Capital Management serves as the finance leader and business partner to NAOU Digital & Data, supporting financial planning, performance, and investment decisions for digital and platform-enabled initiatives.

In parallel, the role supports CAPEX planning, analysis, and performance tracking across the NAOU capital landscape in coordination with NAOU Capital Management leadership. CAPEX governance, prioritization, and allocation remain centrally led, with this role providing financial inputs, business case support, and performance insights.

The role operates across two core domains—Digital finance leadership and enterprise CAPEX support—balancing deep business partnership with broad investment visibility.  Given the dynamic environment, the responsibilities of this role may evolve within the broader FPA&I and Investment Management scope.
