As a Security Officer, you will help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients, their employees, and the public. This position is concierge focused and requires a strong customer service mindset, professionalism, and the ability to communicate effectively while serving as a visible and approachable presence on site.

As a Security Officer, you will help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients, their employees, and the public. Essential Job Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure environment through visible presence and routine patrols
- Observe, report, and respond to hazards, incidents, and suspicious activity
- Follow DSI policies, client requirements, and post-specific instructions
- Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public
- Provide concierge-style service, assisting visitors and employees as needed
- Complete required reports and documentation accurately and timely
- Utilize basic to intermediate computer systems for access control, reporting, and communication
- Participate in training and comply with DSI safety procedures and manuals
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Reliable transportation and means of communication
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to conduct routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all weather conditions
- Must meet all pre-employment requirements
