Principal Responsibilities: •Enters quotes and orders into ERP system •Provide quotes and assists Regional Sales Managers •Work closely with customers to answer inquiries •Help coordinate shipments with Plants and Transportation Department •Update orders with revised delivery dates •Check orders created by other team members for accuracy •Conduct weekly order status meetings with assigned manufacturing plants •Create bid submittal documents •Create bills of lading and manage inventory for finished goods yards •Participates and contributes to company safety program •Performs other job-related duties as assigned Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
