We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Procurement Operations Intern to join our Policy & Enablement team under Global Procurement organization.
This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement analytics, project management and operational excellence initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze procurement data and prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for management reviews.
Maintain procurement databases and ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist in monitoring KPIs and tracking procurement metrics
Assist in procurement policies reviews and documentation
Assist in procurement process optimization and transformation projects
Support contracts, procedures, administration and documentation process.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Proactive, eager to learn and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
