Key Responsibilities: Support and supervise care staff in providing high-quality resident care Assist with resident assessments and service plan development Promote resident wellness, safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance Collaborate with Sales & Marketing during resident assessments and move-ins Maintain strong communication with residents, families, and team members Assist with scheduling, staffing, training, and departmental operations Monitor budget compliance and purchasing processes Participate in resident care activities and clinical oversight Help ensure a positive, resident-focused environment throughout the community Qualifications Required:✔ Active Virginia RN or LPN license in good standing✔ CPR/AED Certification✔ Minimum age of 18 years✔ Successful background screening✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced senior living environment Preferred:✔ 2+ years of Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or Geriatric experience✔ Previous supervisory or leadership experience✔ Experience with electronic resident documentation systems✔ Assisted Living training and regulatory knowledge Ideal Candidate You're a compassionate nurse leader who enjoys mentoring others, building relationships with residents and families, and ensuring exceptional care standards.
