Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for a Customer Service Specialist.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  •  Handling customer interactions with efficiency and empathy.
  •  Providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  •  Ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and professional phone etiquette.

Fresh Grads & Dropouts are welcome to apply! 

What we’re looking for:

  •  Fluency in English is a MUST (B2/C1)
  •  Strong skills in Customer Service & Customer Support 
  •  Problem-solvingactive listening, & attention to detail 
  •  Experience in a customer-facing role and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus! 
  •  Flexibility with night & overnight shifts is essential
