Service Valet Job Responsibilities
- Arrive on time and ready to work each day
- Maintain a strong work ethic and consistent attendance
- Safely park, organize customer and dealership vehicles
- Maintain an orderly lot to ensure easy access and efficient workflow
- Move vehicles between service lanes, parking areas, and delivery areas
- Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner upon arrival
- Provide assistance directing customers to advisors or appropriate areas
- Help create a welcoming and positive dealership experience
- Wash, vacuum, and clean customer vehicles after service
- Perform final quality checks before delivery to ensure vehicles are clean and presentable
- Pull up completed vehicles for customer pickup in a timely manner
Service Valet Benefits & Compensation
Compensation: The Service Valet Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $18.00 and $23.00.

Service Valet Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate manual and automatic vehicles
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Previous dealership or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to lift, walk, stand, and work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
