Service Valet Job Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and ready to work each day
• Maintain a strong work ethic and consistent attendance
• Safely park, organize customer and dealership vehicles
• Maintain an orderly lot to ensure easy access and efficient workflow
• Move vehicles between service lanes, parking areas, and delivery areas
• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner upon arrival
• Provide assistance directing customers to advisors or appropriate areas
• Help create a welcoming and positive dealership experience
• Wash, vacuum, and clean customer vehicles after service
• Perform final quality checks before delivery to ensure vehicles are clean and presentable
• Pull up completed vehicles for customer pickup in a timely manner

Service Valet Benefits & Compensation

Compensation: The Service Valet Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $18.00 and $23.00.

Service Valet Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate manual and automatic vehicles
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Previous dealership or customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to lift, walk, stand, and work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
