
CQ / Warranty Engineer
Job Description

Your Task:
- Responsibility for customer complain management
- Monitoring and maintain int. customer complain database (e.g. QSYS, SAP,…)
- Report quality performance (e.g.: customer score cards, top customer issues, customer escalation, NCTs, NCTPM, PPMs, warranty score, etc.)
- Monitoring and maintain of ext. customer database for customer quality performance, notifications and/or response of concerns, containment actions, customer alerts, etc.
- Responsible for customer communication for proper follow-up of customer concerns, negotiations, customer quality audits/visits, etc.
- Responsible for problem solving for quality customer concerns
- Drive compliance of no-conformance process of the customer quality concerns (e.g.: product identification, quarantine, scrap, containment actions, etc.)
- Responsible of warranty management process: part analysis, problem solving, customer, NTF (not trouble found), agreements and interface with corporate warranty
- Lead read-across approach implementation
- Responsible for sorting activities at customer
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
- 2~3 years of experience in customer quality or quality engineering in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (8D, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC).
- Experience with customer portals and quality systems (e.g., GM, Ford, VW, Stellantis).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Effective communicator and relationship builder.
- Fluent in English
