As a Vice President in Credit Sales, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing clients’ relationships (Banks, Securities Houses, Asset Managers) for the Bank
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and manage relationships with a designated portfolio of institutional clients
- Work closely with the trading, syndicate, structuring and research teams to provide comprehensive client coverage on credit products
- Understand drivers of relevant markets and establish a high degree of competence with clients around executing trades in primary and secondary markets
- Understands the firm's approach and policies for managing risks and comply with the applicable legal/regulatory rules
- Provide dedicated coverage to China-based Financial Institution (FI) clients, including Banks, Securities Houses, and Asset Managers
- Act as a key point of contact for China FI clients, delivering tailored solutions and market insights
Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Minimum 5 year of relevant work experience in Credit sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or other disciplines
- Strong understanding of Credit products: Bonds, Credit Derivatives, Credit indices, Repo, Structured Credit
- Established track record of managing significant client relationships and generating consistent revenue
- Fluency in Mandarin to effectively serve and communicate with China FI clients

- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and ability to build and develop business
- Experience working with China FI clients and understanding of the local market landscape
