Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Engage regularly with customers to review performance and strengthen relationships.
  • Drive customer retention, account growth, and new business through effective stakeholder management.
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver aligned and efficient business outcomes.
  • Develop and execute annual customer business plans aligned to strategy.
  • Ensure service performance consistently meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance productivity and value delivery.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics or Equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years experience as Key Account Manager in the Supply Chain industry and/or 3rd Party Logistics
  • Minimum 3 years Experience and Expertise in Transport and/or Warehouse Operations
  • Must be able to converse, read and write English & Mandarin at a professional level
