Looking to get your foot in the door in Oil & Gas? Join a company where safety always comes first. As a Welder Helper, you’ll work alongside experienced welders, keeping tools and materials ready, preparing pipe for welding, and ensuring the jobsite is safe and organized.

Your Day to Day:
- Stock, clean, and organize welding tools and supplies
- Set up equipment and materials for daily assignments
- Cut, grind, and prep pipe for welding
- Assist with pipe fit-up using clamps, levels, and tape measures
- Keep work areas safe, ventilated, and clean
What we are looking for:
- 1+ year of welding or helper experience in Oil & Gas preferred
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Physically able to lift 50–100 lbs and work in all weather
- Team player with strong work ethic and safety-first mindset
- Must pass drug screening and background check
