Automotive Sales Representative Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them through the vehicle purchasing process, ensuring they find the perfect car to meet their needs and preferences
- Guide customers through the entire sales experience, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date with the latest vehicles, promotions, and dealership offerings
- Build and foster long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional post-sale support
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to the overall success of the team

Automotive Sales Representative Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or car sales is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- A positive, customer-first attitude and a passion for delivering an exceptional car-buying experience.
