We're looking for a creative, curious and culture led colleague to help implement and manage our Talent Framework, partnering with skilled facilitators and advising colleagues on the most valuable and appropriate learning approaches and opportunities. Data, evaluation and systems skills will be essential to drive efficiencies and build clear, compelling insights from our programmes and services.
