Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced TIBCO Integration Developer to join our technical team. In this key role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying complex integration solutions using the TIBCO suite, ensuring seamless and reliable communication between critical business applications.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement robust integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) (e.g., BW 5 and/or BW 6/CE).
Configure and manage messaging services using TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS) for reliable asynchronous data exchange.
Perform sophisticated data mapping and transformation within TIBCO processes to ensure data integrity and consistency between disparate systems.
Collaborate with architects and business analysts to translate complex requirements into technical design specifications and integration process flows.
Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot TIBCO applications and processes, ensuring high availability and performance in production environments.
Document integration designs, technical specifications, and implementation details for knowledge transfer and maintenance.
Stay current with the latest TIBCO product features, integration patterns, and industry best practices.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience as an Integration Developer, System Integrator, or similar role.
Proven hands-on experience with the TIBCO integration platform is mandatory, specifically TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) and TIBCO EMS.
Strong understanding of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) concepts and methodologies, including synchronous/asynchronous communication, error handling, and message queues.
Proficiency with various data formats, including XML, XSLT, and JSON.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Valued Experience (A Plus): Experience with other TIBCO products (e.g., TIBCO Rendezvous, TIBCO Mashery/API Management) or other integration tools.
