As we expand, We are seeking an entry-level Transition Executive / Coordinator to supports day-to-day business activities based in Kuala Lumpur Office. This role is responsible to assist with coordination, information gathering, and basic checks across teams.The ability to work with ambiguity and maneuvering between the different support functions will help this role succeed. The role works closely with Business Units, Finance, Procurement and internal support teams to help keep processes moving smoothly.
- Assist in collecting and consolidating information from Business Units and line manager
- Perform basic vendor verification and documentation checks, ensuring required details are accurate and complete, and working with relevant internal teams where needed
- Act as a central coordination point between Business Units, Finance, HR, and other enabling functions to ensure alignment
- Support HR-related operational matters, including coordination and administration of job requisitions and other people-related processes
- Track follow-ups, dependencies, and outstanding actions across multiple stakeholders
- Maintain trackers, lists, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Support operational processes such as onboarding, system setup, and transition-related activities as guided
- Prepare basic summaries, notes, and updates for internal and leadership use
- Ensure information accuracy, completeness, and timely progression of activities
- Perform general coordination and administrative support tasks as required
