Supervisor, Building Services & Air Condition (Seri Manjung, Perak)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute work orders for Corrective Maintenance (CM) and Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) covering engineering, electrical, civil, plumbing, infrastructure, and building systems.
• Perform and supervise maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works for engineering systems and equipment to ensure efficient operations and minimal downtime.
• Ensure all engineering installations, plant rooms, electrical rooms, generator sets, chiller plants, pump rooms, and related facilities are maintained safely and securely.
• Lead and supervise technicians in daily operations, maintenance activities, and service delivery requirements.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with quality, safety, health, environmental, and regulatory requirements while maintaining updated engineering records, certifications, licenses, and documentation.
• Support budget monitoring initiatives, cost optimisation efforts, and operational expenditure control for engineering-related activities.
• Support client issue resolution, site inspections, reporting activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, Civil Engineering, Maintenance, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering or facility management within building management, township management, district management, or related environments.
• Knowledge of building maintenance, engineering systems, and facility operations.
