Provider Enrollment Specialist 1

Job Summary Responsible to analyze, prepare, review, monitor and maintain contract documents. Responsible for the processing and maintenance of all enrollment related changes and updates. Interfaces with a variety of internal and external customers, including crew members and referring/receiving hospitals.
