Job Description
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Two or more years of progressive experience in human resources, business operations, or related supervisory roles, including direct experience advising leaders and addressing workforce or organizational challenges.
- Consideration will be given to an equivalent combination of required education and related work experience
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibiity across all levels of the organization
- Strong consultative and relationship management skills, with demonstrated success advising and influencing managers on employee relation matters
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret core HR data to support guidance and recommendations to units
What Is Helpful:
- SPHR or PHR certification
