Old Republic Title is seeking an Audit Support Administrator to support our agency auditing team by helping monitor trust and escrow account activity, identify potential risks, and ensure compliance across our network of title agents.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, tracking processes, researching discrepancies, and partnering with internal teams to support critical business operations. You'll play an important role in helping protect the financial integrity of real estate transactions while gaining exposure to the title insurance industry.
This position is fully remote, but the candidate must be based in the Eastern Standard Time zone.
What You'll Do
As an Audit Support Administrator, you'll serve as a key partner to our auditing team by managing reconciliation submissions, tracking compliance activity, and supporting risk identification efforts.
Responsibilities Include:
Receive, review, and track trust and escrow account reconciliations submitted by title agents
Evaluate submissions for completeness and follow up with agents regarding missing information or discrepancies
Maintain accurate records and reporting related to reconciliation submissions and audit activity
Monitor and report on delinquent submissions
Generate audit and compliance-related reports for leadership and audit teams
Assist in identifying potential risk items, outstanding premium revenue, and other financial irregularities
Support special projects and process improvement initiatives within the audit department
Collaborate with internal auditors and agency partners to ensure timely and accurate reporting

Ideal Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Two or more years of administrative, operations, accounting support, audit support, compliance, or related experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently
Technical Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook
Ability to learn internal systems and reporting tools quickly
Comfortable working with data, reports, and electronic documentation
