Job Description

  • The LATAM Marketplace Sales is an individual contributor role that supports HP Personal Systems, Printing and Printing Supplies across major marketplaces in the Americas, with primary focus on LATAM and shared responsibility for North America.
  • This role ensures execution of HP’s Qualified Marketplace Program (QMP), marketplace development, brand protection, and operational discipline (including execution tracking, operational cadence, cross-team coordination, and marketplace hygiene).
  • The role works with internal teams, external agencies, and marketplace partners to protect HP’s brand, enable compliant sellers, and drive consistent execution and growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

Program & Governance

  • Execute and support the Qualified Marketplace Program (QMP) across the Americas, with priority on LATAM.
  • Own operational cadence: execution tracking, reminders, follow-ups, escalation management.
  • Partner with categories, sales, brand protection, agencies, and marketplaces to drive alignment.
  • Act as main partner-facing contact for QMP implementation and enforcement.

Marketplace Development

  • Support marketplace development initiatives, especially in LATAM.
  • Identify growth opportunities by country, category and platform.
  • Support onboarding and enablement of compliant sellers.
  • Partner with sales and category teams to drive expansion and performance.

Marketplace Execution

  • Monitor execution across countries and marketplaces; identify risks, delays and gaps.
  • Run weekly and monthly execution tracking.
  • Support marketplace hygiene: content, pricing, compliance, seller behavior, bad actors.
  • Work with brand protection teams and agencies to detect and enforce infringements.

Reporting & Insights

  • Produce operational and performance reporting.
  • Track KPIs related to execution, compliance, brand health and development.
  • Identify patterns and risks; convert data into clear recommendations.
  • Deliver insights in simple, story-driven format.

Cross-Team Coordination

  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings; define actions, owners and timelines.
  • Act as connector between marketplaces, sales, categories and COE.
  • Proactively surface execution risks impacting growth or brand health.

Customer & Brand Experience

  • Support initiatives to improve customer experience in marketplaces.
  • Ensure HP brand is represented correctly and protected from bad practices.

 

Requirements

Core Skills

  • Strong execution, follow-up and operational discipline.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Data analysis for decision making.
  • Clear, structured business communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

 

Experience

  • Experience in eCommerce and/or marketplaces strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of online retail, sellers, platforms and digital operations.
  • Experience working with internal and external partners.
  • Proven ability to deliver on deadlines in complex environments.

 

Behavioral

  • Comfortable operating across countries and cultures.

 

Language

  • Business English required (B2).

 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • 6–10 years of experience in eCommerce, marketplaces, digital business or similar.
  • 5–8 years of experience in program or project execution roles.
