F&B Attendant
Angel Fire Resort is now hiring F&B Attendants to join our team at the Par & Grill this summer season. In this position, you will prepare and cook food items in a timely manner, ring up guest orders at a register, and maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen by following daily checklists. F&B Attendants work together as a team to ensure the successful operation of the venue. This position requires adaptability and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen, will have an attention to detail, and will provide exceptional customer service.
Base Pay: Starts at $14/hr + tips

Attendance: Reliable, predictable, punctual, and in-person attendance is essential, includes weekends and holidays as scheduled
Environment: This is an indoor position which includes working in a hot kitchen. Must be able to stand for entire shift and regularly lift/carry 75lbs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

- Interacts with guests, answers menu questions, and takes accurate food orders
- Ensures food tickets are prepared accurately and quality of food is excellent
- Follows all food prep duties and recipes to ensure consistency and quality in product
- Regularly cleans and sanitizes work station and maintains a clean and organized kitchen
- Maintains the cleanliness of dining area by sweeping floors, taking out trash, and restocking condiments
- Provides excellent customer service
- Carries out any daily duties as assigned by supervisor
Environment: This is a physically demanding, indoor position. Must be able stand and walk for long periods of time and occasionally lift/carry 30lbs.
