Our technology and our knowhow contribute crucial resources to a worldwide market, whether it be leading the global market in transformer electrical insulation, keeping the lights on for billions of consumers, or the delivery of a breakthrough drug through our advanced plastics technologies for medical and pharmaceutical applications.​    ​​The role…​  This position will focus on production planning supporting the sales and manufacturing departments by assisting in achieving the daily production objectives.    ​​How you’ll make an impact…​  Develop and manage production schedules and workflows to ensure efficient operations aligned with capacity, lead times, and customer demand  Drive accurate and timely order execution by converting sales orders into production and purchase orders and managing them through SAP  Monitor capacity, output, and demand forecasts, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and optimizing resource utilization  Maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy by managing master data, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting informed decision-making  Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing planning processes, leveraging SAP data, and supporting cross-functional collaboration    ​​What do you bring…​  Associate’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field and 2+ years of experience; or High School Diploma with 5+ years of equivalent experience in production/operations planning, or a similar supply chain function.   2+ years of experience in make to order manufacturing environment preferred.  Advanced understanding of production flow and shop floor operations.  Experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis.  Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP sstems.  Data analysis skills.  Strong organizational, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.  APICS certification is a plus.    ​​What do we offer?​  Medical insurance with an accompanying health savings account, vision and dental insurance, PTO starting your FIRST day  Annual bonus  401k plan with company match, Company paid basic life and AD&D insurance, STD and LTD  Employee assistance program  Employee referral program  Additional company programs include: Wellness, clothing allowance, computer loan, and tuition reimbursement  An award-winning atmosphere!
