Build client relationships in collaboration with the Client Account Leadership team. Lead the delivery service strategy across one or more client portfolios. Responsibilities: • Typically has a minimum of 12 to 20 years of experience doing similar work either at or outside of Accenture. Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge in an area of expertise based on experience, and act in an advisory role in meetings. • OTC experience is required. OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Mid shift Project Rest Day: Weekend Off Project/Team Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3 SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • 5 to 10 years of supervisory experience • 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in at least 1 of the following sub-processes: 1. Sales/Order Management 2. Billing 3. Collections 4. Deductions Management 5.
