Job Requirements

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Response Team Clinician to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will provide timely and effective clinical support as part of our response team, addressing urgent mental health needs and ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals in crisis. 


Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct timely assessments and interventions for individuals experiencing mental health crises. 

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. 

- Provide crisis counseling and support to clients and their families. 

- Document clinical activities accurately and maintain confidentiality. 

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development. 


**Qualifications:** 

- Relevant clinical licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent). 

- Experience in crisis intervention and mental health response preferred. 

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
